Blank Face Mask | Minimalist Cosplay Costume Mask

This physical blank face mask is 3D printed in PLA with a smooth minimalist front and simple eye openings. It is intended as an unpainted costume base, cosplay prop, theatre accessory, photography prop or display object. It is not an STL file, digital download, fabric face covering or protective equipment.

Choose one solid color

The mask is produced in one selected filament color. Available options are Black, Matte Black, White, Gray, Tan, Brown, Blue, Turquoise, Purple, Red, Muted Red, Orange, Gold, Yellow, Green and Pink.

The mask is not hand-painted. Lighting, screen settings and filament batches can make the actual shade look slightly different from the photographs.

Optional face measurements

Measurements are optional. If none are supplied, the mask is produced in the existing standard adult size. To help refine the fit, provide straight-line measurements for:

• the distance between the centres of the pupils;
• the distance from the bridge of the nose to the bottom of the chin;
• the widest straight-line distance across the cheekbones.

Use a rigid ruler and measure in a straight line rather than following the curve of the face. Measurements can guide scaling, but an identical fit for every face shape cannot be guaranteed.

Painting and customization

The plain surface can be used as a base for compatible craft finishing after testing a discreet area. Primer, paint, markers, sealers, brushes and decorative accessories are not included. Material compatibility and the final finish depend on the products and preparation method selected by the buyer.

3D printed finish

The PLA mask is made layer by layer. Fine layer lines, small seams and minor surface variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not the same as damage. The selected color is part of the filament rather than a painted coating.

What is included

One physical blank PLA face mask in the selected color. Paint, tools, hood, wig, costume, display stand and other accessories shown or suggested for styling are not included.

Use and safety

This costume mask is not a respirator, impact protector, sports mask or certified safety product. Check visibility, breathing, comfort and secure positioning before use. Do not use it while driving, near traffic, around machinery or during activities that require unrestricted vision. Keep PLA away from open flame, hot lamps, heaters and high-temperature storage.

Care

Wipe gently with a soft dry or lightly damp cloth. Do not use a dishwasher, boiling water, strong solvents or abrasive tools. Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight.
